About 10 years ago, me and my wife came to your dealership to test drive a used Toyota echo. When we arrived it was near closing time . I was having some difficulties with the truck I was driving. When I pulled into the lot I opened the hood to try and fix the issue so we could get home. My wife went in to set up the test drive. Mr. Vandermeer came out to see what I was up to, and I explained my predicament. He instructed me to go on the test drive with my wife and had one of the mechanics pull my truck in the garage and fixed my truck so that I could get home. He did this without expecting anything in return. I call that CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I knew then that this dealership was about more than just making profit. We did not purchase that car but have since bought two new vehicles.
